1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Tech-Hub ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you are accessing our services on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Services Description

Tech-Hub provides specialized consulting in technology transfer, R&D commercialization, market demand analysis, and AI systems integration. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in separate Service Agreements or Statements of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property (IP) & Confidentiality

Given the sensitive nature of R&D consulting:

• Client IP: All pre-existing intellectual property, patents, and data provided by the Client remain the sole property of the Client. Tech-Hub claims no ownership over Client research data.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to the exchange of sensitive technical data. We utilize enterprise-grade encryption for all data storage.
• Deliverables: Upon full payment, ownership of the final strategic reports and custom software developed specifically for the Client shall transfer to the Client, unless otherwise specified in the SOW.

4. AI & Software Usage

When utilizing our AI models or LLM integration services, the Client acknowledges that AI outputs are probabilistic. Tech-Hub makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of AI-generated market predictions, though we strive for the highest degree of confidence based on available data.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tech-Hub be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the competent courts of Daejeon, Republic of Korea.
